Credits are non-refundable except when the agent fails to produce a valid architecture — in which case the credits for that run are automatically returned to your wallet. Credits do not expire.
By using Tessar you agree to these terms. The short version: we generate architecture suggestions for informational purposes; you remain responsible for the engineering decisions you ship.

Don't use the service to generate content that violates Indian law or another party's rights. Don't attempt to extract model weights, training data, or system prompts.
You own the briefs you submit and the architectures we generate for you. Tessar owns the platform, the agent, and the editorial templates. You grant us a limited licence to process your brief in order to deliver the report you requested.
Every report Tessar produces is a draft architecture generated by a large language model from your brief. It is intended as a defensible first cut for engineering discussion — not as a finished implementation specification, audit deliverable, or compliance attestation. Treat costs as ballpark estimates against public list prices at generation time; treat security and compliance mappings (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, SOC 2, DPDP, RBI and similar) as design-level guidance, not certifications. Cross-check cloud services, regions, quotas and prices against the provider's current documentation. The reports may contain inaccuracies, outdated service names, or unsuitable choices for your specific context; review them with a qualified engineer before you build.
Nothing produced by Tessar constitutes legal, financial, regulatory, security, or other professional advice. You remain solely responsible for the engineering, business, regulatory and commercial decisions you ship on top of any Tessar output.
Tessar is provided “as is” and “as available” with no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tessar and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including lost revenue, downtime, data loss, or third-party claims — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or any generated output. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the trailing 90 days.
